I am so not happy with being legislated into more and more slavery. Dear God, how long before people wake up and smell the chains that bind us? And sooooo very much of it is done in the name of “SAFETY” usually “public safely.” It is usually just an excuse to control people. Why should only those who have gone to school for x be allowed to do x? What if someone can do x naturally and well? Perhaps they can even pass the x test, to prove competency and alleviate the goons outcry, but no, they must go the x approved school and usually this entails getting into great debt and giving up years of their life.
It is all about control; the goons want to control you! With your blessing. And we give it to them!
How many of our kids start out in life with the best years given to being indoctrinated into just what the goons want us to think of the way the world works, and the way we should spend our lives? Just because the kids want a certain type of career? They can't just go learn about how to do something or how to fix a thing, no they must get a degree that demands they are indoctrinated with the latest BS, ie “general education.” They can't apprentice with a master in the field. They must pay to play and pay dearly. Once they are in debt, they must “play by the rules” so that they can pay the debt. Perhaps take a qualifying test and pay for licenses that renew regularly and require more money to be paid and then perhaps so much yearly education for more money to be paid and hopefully for the goons, more debt...
Less and less choices on how to spend your time and more and more power for the goons.
And heaven forbid if you are a square peg. Gotta fit into the round hole in order to do what you like or are good at doing. Cause all those square pegs are hard to control, you see, they are creative, or naturally talented and we can't have anyone who can think for themselves or who don't need the goons to tell them what truth is. So it is best not to let the square pegs have any chance at all, unless they agree to submit to tests and labels and further and better indoctrination in order to be make them think there is something really, really wrong with them, to make them so self-conscious that they won't bring any common sense or inventions forth that the goons don't control.
And they have almost all of unable to do the things that we would need to just survive without them. Like grow food and provide for ourselves. If they cut off the power juice, we are at their mercy...or at least enough of us are - to the point society would come crashing down with death and destruction on every side.
And don't think they won't do it. They couldn't care less about you, especially on an individually level. Why do you think the Personnel Department is now called Human Resources?
So what would it look like if those of us who see the goons for what they are just went Galt? Without a gulch to go to, what would it look like?

Sunday reflection on law
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. (And as I have noted before, the more common saying was, Life, Liberty, and Property.)
If all men are created as equals, no one is to be above another. There is only one above us, a Creator.
I have been recently reflecting upon the arguments that stem from people claiming that we are a “Christian” nation. There were among our founding fathers deists, not “Christians.” But the conclusion I have come to is that the way the documents upon which these united states were formed, shows clearly that those who wrote, supported and embraced said documents at their conception were likely one (Christian) or the other(deists). For how could we give deference to a Creator, if there were gods? Or if there were none whatsoever? And if we are graciously granted rights (if you notice the founders acknowledge that there are more than the 3 mentioned) by this Deity, the question arises, what, if any, are the requirements of this Deity?
To me, the basis of all law is finding out the answer to this question.
And in judging from the numerous courts across this nation that have the Ten Commandments engraved in their walls or otherwise posted in some manner, it would appear that the basis used to answer my question were the scriptures or as some would say the ethics dictated by a Judeo-Christian heritage. We were to a be people that held to the rule of law.
If there is a Creator, a Being that created us, what do we owe to this Creator? As equals with each other (all created beings) what do we owe, if anything, to each other? What is life? What is death? Or as I like to say, “What's it all about Alfie?” How are we to live our lives upon this earth in the time allotted us?
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. You will note that this is in direct opposition to the Divine Right of kings. But today many preachers would have us believe it still, the Divine right of Kings - only they will use “President” or “government” and site Romans 13. But are they righting dividing the Word?
I note that God Himself gave His people the type of government they wanted; they wanted a king like the other nations, and He warned them, but gave them a king. (1Sam 8) He acknowledged their unalienable right to choose their government.
We have allowed ourselves to become slaves of the state. And by the state, I mean a form of government, not Wisconsin or Michigan. A form of government that “grants” rights as it deems fit, not a form of government that “secures” our unalienable rights. Those of us who have awakened to the understanding of our lost liberty, have found each other through sites such as this one, and through groups that formed to support Dr. Paul in his run for the presidency. We see clearly that our two-party system has become corrupted and is a sham, a front for the oligarchy that now rules. And there are those who are just on the verge of awakening or those who are dimly awakened, who have joined various other groups; I would rate the tea party participants at this stage. All this awakening has prompted the goons to move as fast as they can to pass more “laws” and to declare more “executive orders” to contain those who are their enemies, those who they are even now declaring “domestic terrorists” and “threats to our national security.”
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
We are taxed more than the founding fathers, our bonds of slavery are far more reaching and strong, our list of abuses far greater than theirs. So where is the outrage, where the men of courage and principle? Where are our Thomas Jefferson and John Adams? Dr. Paul has heralded the call to awaken, now where are the Sons of Liberty to lead us back to claiming what is ours?
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. To which we are accustomed. We are the frog in the water that has been heating slowly over many years, but many of us are feeling the heat and jumping out of the pot! Many are going Galt. Some are entering the political arena. Some are moving out of the United States (or at least moving their assets offshore) and many are preparing for the inevitable collapse of the dollar and this nation as we remember it. For this nation is no longer what we are taught that it is, - a republic, a people ruled by law, law that is embraced to protect the unalienable rights of men who are equal under the law.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
And now it is time to begin to enumerate the injuries and usurpations. I am not a lawyer, nor am I an eloquent speaker or writer. But I am ready to get my liberty back. So on this Sunday, I am praying for those who are well trained in the law, who know history and will stand up for individual rights, to step forward and lead on us into the next step of this journey of reclaiming our liberty.

So just who can you trust?
Recently there have been discussions about Glen Beck and whether or not he is really for all the things that liberty lovers are for and I do not trust the man. I saw how he attacked Debra Medina (running for Texas governor) and I realized he is not a true lover of liberty. He ratings dropped significantly after the Medina interview, and I bet many realized he is just another front man used to manipulate the sleeple and those on the verge of awakening. Now he is saying maybe Ron Paul was right... sorry, but I don't buy it. But what better way to get some more viewers back?
I also saw video of Alex Jones and how he treated some real liberty lovers at a rally they had organized. He treated them as beneath him and not worthy of common decency. He is very suspect in my opinion.

In summary, don't just assume someone who is throwing a few buzz words out there is a real liberty lover. Do some research. Reflect on what they say and what they do and the timing of what they do. Ask yourself what is the fruit of what they do. Is it really in tune with those of us who want to regain our liberty? Or is it an attempt to get us labeled and discredited?

Make it yourself and thoughts of reality

I have been thinking about how we have been so "dumbed down" and how much we are influenced by the ptb. We all live in a sense of "unreality" to some degree, simply because not a one of us can know everything, or in other words, we are not God. But as time has gone on in this "land of liberty" things are getting worse; due to the fact that respect for logic and the belief that the common man CAN reason things out has been "schooled" out of us. To put it another way, we have been conditioned to think that only "experts" can understand certain things. Case in point, the economy. The goons took over these United States in 1913 with the formation of the Federal Reserve. Of course if they had shown their true intentions at that time, there would have been a revolt. There were too many people willing and able to reason, people who were logical, and they could clearly see that a fiat currency a group of bankers printed at will and "loaned" back to these United States was lunacy.
But alas, today, most do not even know that the Federal Reserve is not owned by the United States of America. Most do not understand how economies work and there are plenty of college classes that will either convince you that you can never know, or so indoctrinate you into their gibberish that you spew the same ridiculous mantra. And so we continue to be led down the path to servitude of a magnitude that this generation cannot imagine.

Self Defense and book review: Brave New World
I have been really wishing I felt comfortable with concealed carry here in the cold tundra (my name for Wisconsin.) For self defense. Don't know why it is so heavy on me lately to wish the laws in this leftest state were more compatible with liberty. I know many believe if we had a different governor we would have had the right to "legally" carry by now. Perhaps.

Also, I just finished reading Brave New World by Aldous Huxley again. Amazing to me is what people can predict with just thinking things through. Following a path begun to its natural conclusion. And how so many of these "futuristic" books have shown themselves to be prophetic, in areas anyway. Think of the way antidepressants are handed out and how the "common welfare" is held as more important than the individual and his rights. But the sentence that jumped out at me was when, during a little history lesson the goon was giving the savage, he mentions anthrax bombs. Did any of us reading this years ago for college really think we would see the day we really feared anthrax in this country? The author goes on to say (through the goon) how those bombs persuaded the populace to embrace peace at any price. So the people were willingly drugged into a stupor; they would not become upset about anything and were very easy to control. No more war, no more pain. But those who did not "fit in" in the Brave New World as well as in the Savage's birthplace were still ostracized. Human nature still had to be dealt with.
The book was first written in the '30s and I am sure it really seemed far out there at that time, but today, we can see how right he was. And one of the things that really disturbs me, I think disturbed the author; it is the fact that most of us don't have enough available time for just pondering anymore. Most of us have to give the best of our day, of our lives, to "making a living" or "going to work" or "for the man." And with most households having two adults working, there is no downtime once the "workday" ends as then the home and kids need to be cared for. Is it any wonder that the family unit is disintegrating?
We are inundated with attacks on every side that don't give us a moment's peace - unless we fight for it. And I know many days, I feel too tired to fight and just find myself dropping off to sleep that night without feeling that I have really lived that day. I just existed, just gave my best for a system that neither acknowledges me as an individual or as a unique human being. I am just a cog in the machine, a replaceable cog of course, and with the economy being so bad, the ptb know they can push for even more as so many are afraid of losing their job, so it is getting worse. And I don't see any signs of things getting better, no matter what the propaganda machine is saying.
The "laws" and the brazen disregard for our constitutionally acknowledged God-given rights has made me a slave, has made you a slave too, although you may not understand that.
Some are mad, almost fighting mad. And many, no- most, just want their soma.

strike
April 15,16, 17 and 18 were called to be strike days. I only heard about at a late date, but upon searching about on the net, I found that other countries are also going on strike on various days to protest the decisions make by the ptb. And we certainly have some things to protest.

April 15
As we all know it is time to settle up with the STATE. Here's hoping they owe you and you don't owe them!
Across the country there will be many protests today and I thank God that the sleeple are waking up.
I was at the bar again last night. Meeting in a back room. It wasn't well lit and there weren't too many there, but the sparks of liberty are still glowing. There is yet hope. Among heated discussions and opposing views, the goal of less goverenmentnot more was held by almost all present.
We prepare now, but after the excrement hits the osculater, there will be the questions of HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? And we need to be able to give real, true answers. First to our own hearts and then to others. Because that will be our last chance to again be truly free - by setting up the ruins of this land to stand again upon the Constitution. If we don't have answers, we will get a totalitarian regime the likes of which we have not seen anywhere. With the technology the ptb have at their disposal, well, you can just image what living as total slaves would be and there you have it.
But, we are not there yet and we need to do all we can to educate. But the first and most important is to understand the whys behind the events. Because if you do not have that, you do not have a foundation and you will crumble when the going get rough.

Are there any preppers out there in Wisconsin? I admit I have neglected to blog for some time, but it seems that there are not readers, and without readers, the inspiration to blog leaves me. Or is it that I have so many other things that vie for my time and attention? I know not blogging for some time is not the way to "build a blog." I know that many times people read a blog but don't post a reply. But I also know that my time is my life and if spending it (time, my life) blogging, is not helping anyone out there, then why blog?
