liberty lovers are one up for the moment. But the question is will the ptb appeal and will Krause get his gun back without having to jump through hoops. I, for one, hope he sues for harrassment.
Certainly shows that an unexercised right can easily be assumed to be no right.

It's stupid neighbors like that that get people killed. If the police stormed on to my property with guns drawn there would have been some dead bodies laying around. I would have seen this as an attack and responded in a like manner. I hope this guys sues the pants off of everyone involved, neighbors, police and even the court system that would hear such a case. We have open carry in Kentucky and I am always letting people know that, yes it's a gun and yes I have a right to carry one...and so do you. If people only knew their rights things like this would never happen. Great post, thank you.

If it were me I'd sue the town, every cop and prosecution lawyer involved.
When the tax payers of West Allis get the bill for the idiocy of their local government...just maybe some totalitarian heads will roll!
